eLearning
ELearning is a learning option due to the fact that the format will allow for the employees to complete the course work during the workday. An additional reason as to why the delivery method is effective and efficient is that many employees who would need the training are scattered across the country ,and e-learning would be cost effective since it could be taken at their current location and at their own pace.
